The Colantuono Family
Throughout his childhood, Francesco (Frankie) Mario Colantuono was greatly influenced with authentic Italian cooking. His father was an immigrant from Naples, Italy and was a cook in the Italian Navy. He came to America and settled in Brooklyn, New York. When Frankie was a little boy, he remembers his Dad was always cooking something homemade from scratch. Frankie would always watch and learn all the great secret Italian recipes used by his ancestors. When he was older, he helped his Dad with the family-owned pizzeria and catering business. Frankie has been in the food industry for over twenty-five years.
For over 2 years, Frankie, his wife Melissa, and their three children decided it was time to bring back the family tradition. They started Goodfellas Catering, which consists of homemade Italian food with the freshest ingredients. Goodfellas Catering is an off-premise catering company serving all of the Stark County area and beyond.
